The chrome plating has a nice weight to it without being too heavy for my small dog. I put her name on the front and my number on the back, and the engraving looks sharp and clean. She's worn it for a week now and there's not a single scratch on the surface.

The engraving came out perfectly clear and sharp, and the clasp feels really sturdy. My pup's been wearing it for a week and the chrome finish still looks brand new.
